Carl's Spaghetti

Ingredients: 3 lbs. of Spaghetti, 1/8 cup cooking oil, garlic, onion, 5 lbs. ground beef, 2 cans Tomato sauce, 1-14 oz. Heinz tomato catsup, 1-12 oz. Banana catsup, 1/2 cup sugar, grated cheddar cheese, salt/ pepper, 1/2 cup red wine, beef franks or any sausage of your liking- boiled or pan fried, then cut diagonally. Here's How: ***Prepare the spaghetti as directed in the package.Drain and toss with butter or olive oil(optional). 1) In a saucepan, heat oil and saute the garlic and onion. 2) Add the ground meat, and mix thoroughly. Let the meat cook on its own juice. Simmer for 5 minutes or until meat is tender. Spoon out all the juice from fat. 3) Add tomato sauce, tomato catsup, and banana catsup. Let it simmer for five minutes. 4) Add sugar, cheese, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. 5) Add the red wine, do not mix it yet. Let it boil before mixing. ***When done, combine the sauce and spaghetti. Transfer to a large platter. Top with remaining grated cheese and decorate with your sausages. Serve and Enjoy!

Hershey's Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients: 1/2 c margarine 1 1/2 c sugar 2 eggsa 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c buttermilk 2 Tbsp. red food coloring 2 c all- purpose flour 1/3 c Heshey's Cocoa 1 tsp. salt 1 1/1 tsp baking soda 1 Tbsp. white vinegar Procedure: 1. Heat oven to 350 degree F. Grease and flour baking pan. 2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl; add eggs and vanilla, beating well. Stir together buttermilk mixture and food color. Stir together flour, cocoa and salt; Add alternately to butter mixture with buttermilk mixture, mixing well. Stir in baking soda and vinegar. Poured into prepared pan. 3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely. Frost with your favorite cream cheese icing. To make the cake pops: 1. After baking, let the cake cool. 2. Crumble the cake, mix it with cream cheese icing. 3. Scoop a Tbsp. and form into a ball. 4. Glue your popsicle stick to the center of the cake pop by dipping one end of the stick to your melted chocolate. Let it cool. 5. Melt your chocolate candy on a double boiler. Dip and roll your cakepop on it. Let it stand until candy is set.
